From the leaves right down to the pips, we love the flavours, the colours and the zeal that lemons represent. It’s this lifelong fascination that led us to southern Italy and the lemon gardens of the Amalfi coast.
It was here that our founders, Anik and Sophie, met an incredible community of growers and custodians, who have been producing lemons with the same techniques for generations. This is where Lemon Appeal was born.
When we tasted the tantalising sweetness grown by these heroic farmers, we were driven to celebrate them, and protect them, any way we could. By partnering with southern Italy’s finest organic producers and artisans, we began our mission to give their exceptional craft the platform it deserves—and bring everyone on our lemon journey.
