The Lemons
Sfusato Amalfitano, known for their sweet flavour, are grown on the Amalfi Coast's beautiful lemon groves. Planted on centuries-old terraces carved into dramatic, rocky slopes that plunge into the sea, their location means all farming is predominantly done by hand. Braving the sea-salt heavy winds, the aptly named Heroic Agriculture is something we’re proud to support.
